D'Agostino's Trattoria

From 2018 through about 2024, D’Agostino’s was one of the best-kept culinary secrets in Las Vegas - a personal favorite of some of the town’s most powerful people that somehow managed to fly under the radar of the general public. But it’s impossible to keep food like this secret. The crowds grew until owners Dan and Brandi Thompson decided to take the plunge and expand, nearly doubling its size and capacity during a 2025 renovation. So there’s now more space to stretch out, a full bar, and a caricature gallery of the Vegas celebrities who dine here on the wall.

Local restaurateur Ketty Heck (Chinglish, Hot Noods) describes the re-launch as the most anticipated reopening of the year on the west said of the valley.

“In a town where you can't go a block without seeing some form of Italian-inspired food,” Heck says, “D'Agostinos really stand out with a more elevated menu, warm greetings and attentive service from long-time servers.”

That menu is packed with Italian American classics like Shrimp Scampi, Fettuccine Alfredo and Frutti de Mare. They’re elevated by high-quality ingredients you can taste, and the personal touch of Chef Dan. (He and his wife are in the restaurant nearly every night.)
