Half Bird Chicken and Beer

From the restaurant group behind Sparrow + Wolf in Chinatown comes a funky, delicious new spin on fast-casual chicken, Half Bird Chicken and Beer.

Located in Henderson on Green Valley Parkway near Horizon Ridge Parkway, Half Bird offers dishes like its signature rotisserie-style chicken, Brix’s Mac n’ Cheese with spam and furikake, and “Spring Mountain Hot Chicken,” a take on the famous hot chicken craze with Asian flavors like Sichuan, garlic, and ginger.

Diners can also enjoy salads, “nuggz,” broccoli rabe, a quinoa bowl, and togarashi rolls. Schmaltz-cooked potatoes cooked in rotisserie under the chickens are crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Their house-made sauces are cravable.

Outdoor seating, sports viewing, and pop-up events make Half Bird a beloved local favorite.
