Double Zero Pie & Pub
$ $Double Zero Pie & Pub earned a reputation as one of Las Vegas’ top pizzerias shortly after opening in Chinatown. Rob Kachelriess of City Cast Las Vegas called its pies “some of the best pizza you'll ever try in Las Vegas,” while Station Casinos' Rob Moore and Gary LaMorte of Honest Hospitality both named Double Zero (named after the quality of flour used) their favorite pizza. Other fans include Chef James Trees of Esther’s Kitchen.
The restaurant’s original neo-Neapolitan pies remain at the heart of the menu, with an airy crust and welcome char produced at high temperatures. But under GM and head pizzaiola Erica Bell, DOubble Zero has expanded its pizza repertoire with 16-inch New York-style pies made with her own three-day fermented dough. Options range from cheese and pepperoni to cacio e pepe and The Works, loaded with pepperoni, meatballs, spicy sausage, mozzarella, ricotta and olives.
The New York pies are also available by the slice during lunch, alongside sandwiches, salads and budget-friendly combos. The expanded all-day menu adds baked pastas, charcuterie and oven-baked wings.
Beer remains a major focus, with a selection that balances local brews with interesting finds from around the country and beyond.
