Fuhu

Run by the same group that operates the adjacent Zouk nightclub, Fuhu offers a modern Pan-Asian menu in a beautiful indoor-outdoor space, with an energy that makes it a perfect stop before or after a trip to the club.

The dinner menu leans heavily on Japanese influences –- from traditional sushi, sashimi and tempura options to new spins on modern fusion classics, like the miso cod tacos. But you’ll also find plenty of nods to Chinese, Thai, and Korean cuisine in dishes such as a roast half duck with plum sauce and pancakes, a wide assortment of fried rice, and even a vegan spin on chicken larb. And while that larb is just one of many meat-free options, Fuhu also caters to carnivores with a nice assortment of steaks, short rib and lamb. Their weekend brunch (currently only available on Saturdays) adds a nice dim sum selection, several eggs dishes, and sweet options like purple ube pancakes, and Nutella-stuffed French toast topped with whipped cream and berry sauce.

All of this is served in a dark, modern dining room with a view of the open kitchen. But when the weather is nice, you’ll want to ask about the patio, near the resort’s pool area.
