Benihana Westgate

The good news for longtime fans of this well-known brand is that when David Siegel purchased the former Las Vegas Hilton, he kept the classic Benihana (now known as Benihana Westgate) in tact. So as guests walk into the restaurant, they are transported into another world and a bygone era, thanks to the lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, exotic statuary, and an authentic Torri Arch. The exhibition-style Japanese cuisine features the hibachi show tables we’ve come to expect from the brand, dialed up to “11” as the master chefs prepare a full range of unique and traditional teppanyaki dishes.

Start the meal with appetizers such as fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka maki. The tantalizing and tasty entrees include hibachi chicken, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon. And enjoying a colorful signature drink at the bar, surrounded by the exotic décor, makes the drink that much more special.

A catacomb of private dining rooms is available for a more secluded experience. Complimentary parking is also available.
