Tamba

Surprisingly, one of the most original fine-dining menus in Las Vegas is served in a beautiful Town Square dining room nestled between a PF Chang’s and an Apple Store. Tamba, which offers modern Indian cuisine drawing influences from Japan, China, Thailand and beyond, is visually stunning with genuinely exciting food, making it one of the most talked-about openings of 2024.

Upon entering, you’re hit with the soothing and smoky scent of incense. The atmosphere is warm, simplistic and effortlessly chic, providing a pleasant break from the typical Vegas try-hards

The menu showcases Chef Anand Singh's culinary journey, from Mumbai through the Maldives, Seychelles, the UAE, and Mexico. Start with freshly shucked oysters topped with warm kimchi butter, or sushi dressed with Indian and Thai flavors like mint, chutney and lemongrass. Move on to tawa-charred octopus accompanied by yuzu lime chat aioli, orange glaze, and eel sauce, or the truly addicting Mutton Ki Biryani: perfectly cooked goat combined with aromatic basmati rice.

Service at Tamba is nothing short of impeccable. And the dining room features soft spotlights that illuminate your plate for the perfect pictures. By the time you’re enjoying your third passion fruit lassi, you'll likely be planning your next visit.
