The Cosmopolitan Location

Occupying the former Estiatorio Milos space on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan, LPM joins its outlets along the Persian Gulf, Hong Kong, London, Miami, and Cyprus in offering “Mediterranean Coastal Cuisine,” skewing towards the cuisines of Southern France and Coastal Italy.

Boasting a sunny French Riviera vibe, LPM serves up dishes of “fresh, delicate intensity.” Most items are meant to be shared. But food writer Bob Barnes says that may be a tough request when it comes to the Crevettes Tiedes a L’Huille D’Olive, which he calls it “a simple yet delectable serving of warm prawns with olive oil and lemon juice worth enjoying just for the sauce it is dressed in.”

Other sharables include a whole grilled sea bass and a 36 oz. rib eye. Also on the menu: lamb cutlets marinated with olive, aubergine caviar and pine nuts, and slow cooked duck with orange glaze and charred hispi cabbage. Signature cocktails include the 1989 Americano and the Tomatini – which is described as “the essence of LPM in a Martini glass.”
