Strip dining works best when all the bases are covered – food, service and atmosphere. Great wine and cocktails don't hurt either. That's why RPM Italian inside the Forum Shops at Caesars is such a memorable experience, prompting Vegas Revealed co-host Dayna Roselli to name it one of her favorite new restaurants of 2022.

The concept is co-owned by Bill and Giuliana Rancic, so it's no surprise the dining room is stylish and modern – a place any celebrity would appreciate. Manageable portions allow you to sample multiple dishes (so it's easy to run up the bill if you aren't paying attention). And you'll love the flavor and presentation in every bite.

Six-inch pizzas are hand-stretched with toppings familiar (pepperoni) and unconventional (red onion and lemon slices). Meats range from a buttery 600-day dry-aged Prosciutto di Parma to a tender Wagyu New York Strip cured in whipped gorgonzola. Seafood lovers will appreciate the fresh chunks of lobster in the burrata salad and beautifully charred charcoal-grilled prawns.

To experience just a taste of what RPM Seafood is all about, the restaurant offers a surprisingly inexpensive weekday happy hour in the bar (3-6 p.m.) with $8 bites, cocktails and wine. More ambitious diners will be intrigued by the intimate Sommelier Experience, a multi-course tasting that changes by the night and includes special pairings from the wine cellar.
