Stephano's (Multiple Locations)

Las Vegas has its share of fast-casual Greek restaurants that emphasize takeaway orders, but there's something special about Stephano's, which has three locations (and an extra ghost kitchen for deliveries) through the valley. Maybe it's the tender chunks of filet mignon and chicken in the skewers, the creaminess of the tzatziki, or the lentil rice, which may be one of the best side dishes in Vegas.

Rob Kachelriess of City Cast Las Vegas says he orders Stephano's to-go at least once a week. Instagram influencer Philip Tzeng is a fan too, saying “Stephano's recaptured my heart with their delicious shawarma and hummus, and their roast chicken is excellent.”

You can't go wrong with a classic gyro — shaved lamb, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and tzatziki inside a fluffy slice of pita bread or crumbly falafel balls. For those with a sweet tooth, the baklava is a sticky sweet combination of pistachios, honey and phyllo dough, served by the piece or in packages. It's an excellent gift for dinner parties.
