Hawthorn Grill might be located in a casino, but its Summerlin-adjacent location also appeals to locals.

The lounge is ideal for after work or pre-dinner drinks. There’s a large, sprawling dining room, and private banquet room. But when the weather is nice, the outdoor patio is the place to be. The hotel’s grounds are expansive and immaculately landscaped, and Hawthorn is nestled amidst their lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of the nearby waterfalls.

The menus, crafted by former Peter Luger chef Eric Lhuillier, are outstanding. Expect a delightful combination of irresistible steakhouse cuisine and classic American dishes, with a French touch, complemented by an extensive selection of wines and cocktails. The tender rack of lamb is accompanied by an array of spiced baby carrots, complemented by an aromatic thyme just. And vegans can indulge in a gluten-free, vegan Portobello Steak paired with a fresh arugula salad drizzled with a vierge sauce, topped with crispy garlic.
