The Sundry

$ $

The upscale food hall concept has come to the Las Vegas suburbs, thanks to The Sundry – a project developed by several Mina Group alumni that brings top California and Las Vegas concepts to the UnCommons campus in the Southwest valley (across Durango Drive from the Durango Resort).

From sushi to barbecue to donuts , there is something for everyone. Pizza, Indian cuisine, Vietnamese food, Filipino and more round out the offerings. Concepts include, but are not limited to, Barzotto Italian, Bar Oysterette, Diane Mina's Bloody Mary Bar, St. Honoré Donuts, Soul Belly BBQ, Easy Slider, Kowbird, Ray Garcia's BS Taqueria, Chef Shotaro Kamio's Mizunara, Petite Peso, and Happy Hoagie. Order from multiple concepts simultaneously via your phone or ask the waiter for a printed menu and go with a traditional service model.

The seating is generous and spacious, showing off the great openness of the building and decor. Windows are everywhere, and an indoor-outdoor vibe makes it all seem fresh and light.

Food writer Janna Karel loves The Sundry "for its variety." Writers Emmy Kasten, Bob Barnes and Gemini Stevens consider it the Best Food Hall, as does national reporter Andy Wang.
