Boom Bang Fine Foods is an inspired addition to Henderson's dining scene, featuring comfort food favorites reimagined with exceptional ingredients and elevated recipes. The kitchen is led by Elia Aboumrad-Page, the first female sous chef under Joel Robuchon, who actually has a version of her mentor's famous French-style mashed potatoes on the menu. A lineup of daily specials range from a meatloaf "TV Dinner" combo on Mondays to squid ink pasta on Sundays. A thin-crust Connecticut-style pizza is part of the daily happy hour along with attractive prices on classic cocktails. An ever-evolving lineup of sweet and savory tarts are the house specialty.
The restaurant has a timeless art-deco layout with a cocktail bar, pastry counter and colorful wallpaper.
