$ $Part of the revitalization of Downtown Las Vegas, 7th & Carson melds originality with comforting flavors in its food and beverage menu, specially created for sharing during brunch, lunch or dinner. A favorite is Chicken and Waffles, spicy chicken tenders atop a kimchi waffle with a gochujang syrup and pickles. Vegan-friendly, the Veggie Burger Plate is a chickpea burger combining black bean, feta, tomato, arugula, avocado and shaved red onion served on a toasted bun. Cocktails, craft beers, and a nice wine list add to the meal or can be enjoyed in the welcoming casual dining room or its inviting outdoor patio surrounded by greenery.

During the pandemic, the restaurant embraced the community with its 7th & Carson Corner Market, feeding the homeless and supporting the neighborhood. 7th & Carson Corner Market still offers grocery items, packaged liquor, bottles of wine, beer and pantry essentials, along with favorites from its brunch and dinner menus. Alcohol is available for curbside pickup only with a valid government-issued ID.
