The last several years have seen an explosion in amazing off-Strip restaurants, throughout the valley. But it wasn't always that way. As recently as just ten years ago, it was hard to find an exceptional off-Strip restaurant. The restaurants on this list are a few of the trailblazers, who were offering great food and atmosphere off of The Strip and outside of casinos, long before it was a safe bet to do so. And they're all still here, because they do it incredibly well.
