Celebrity chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken have been feeding Las Vegas diners at Border Grill for decades. Their Allegiant Stadium locations bring some of the flavors of their Mandalay Bay flagship across the street and into the football stadium.

The stadium menu includes carne asada street tacos and loaded carne asada fries, queso birria, citrus chicken street tacos and a Chile Relleno Smash Burger with griddled cheese, roasted poblano and chipotle aioli. You can also get crispy chicken tenders with corn masa waffle fries, churros and chips with guacamole.

And this isn't a case of two celebrity chefs simply licensing their names to a stadium concession. Milliken tells Food & Loathing that Allegiant's proximity to their flagship restaurant makes it easy for their team to service the stadium operations and maintain the same quality they serve at Border Grill.
