The original Fukuburger -- topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, a drizzle of wasabi mayo and a dab of their famed Fuku sauce -- has become a modern classic among Las Vegas foodies. But their Katsu Chicken, offered here on a sandwich or as nuggets, is also amazing. And this location is the only one where you’ll find the Just Win Burger: a basic Fuku Cheeseburger topped with bacon-miso slaw.
