Able Baker Brewing

$

Named for the first two atomic bombs to be exploded at the Nevada Test Site in the 1950s, this brewery was one of the first to open in the Arts District.

Known for its iconic duck logo and mythological story of how a duck was the only animal to survive the atomic blasts, it has also distinguished itself as one of the most popular local breweries, with its Atomic Duck IPA and Kris Kael Impale’d Ale (named for the Five Finger Death Punch bassist) always pouring in the taproom as well as from handles at restaurants and bars throughout Southern Nevada.

On tap here you’ll find one of the largest draft selections of any local brewery, with more than 20 options from a wide range of beer styles.

Indoor and patio seating are available, and this is one of the few brewpubs in the Arts District offering a full food menu. Its AD Kitchen (by 595 Craft & Kitchen owner Van-Alan Nguyen) serves scratch culinary creations including craft burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fish tacos, salads, vegan burgers, nachos and crispy cauliflower.
