Graffiti Bao (Temporarily Closed)

NOTE -- THIS RESTAURANT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. PLEASE SEE THE OWNERS' NOTE AT THE END OF THE LISTING.

When former Tao Group executive Marc Marrone ventured out on his own, he was looking for a more casual alternative to fusion-y Chinese, and Graffiti Bao was born.

You can get East Coast Chinese favorites there like Kung Pao beef and orange chicken in rice bowls, but you’d be remiss to skip Marrone’s unmatched Bao Bunz and Dumplins n Rollz, the former with the likes of barbecued beef or Kung Pao chicken, the latter as Szechuan or vegetable dumplings or prawn and pork spring rolls with plum sauce.

Plus there are soups, veggie dishes like roasted cauliflower with nuac cham, mint and lime, or sticky green beans with honey, sweet soy and almonds, as well as noodle and rice dishes such as yellow curry short rib chow fun and shrimp kimchi fried rice. And even Nutella bao buns for dessert!

Graffiti Bao has a brick-and-mortar location on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley and outposts at T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium.
