This Morton Group gem at Wynn Las Vegas showcases Chef William DeMarco’s modern American small plates menu, which is perfect for sharing. DeMarco is adept at combining unlikely ingredients into unique creations, like Short Rib Taco with avocado crema, tomato and cilantro, and seared Ahi Tuna with cream spinach and port wine reduction. But it’s the butler-style weekend brunch, where more than a dozen delightful dishes like Snickers pancakes or Angus sliders are offered tableside on trays, that landed it on this list.

“Nice vibe and helpful staff when it comes to picking out wine. Beautiful atmosphere and patio,” says Dayna Roselli, host of the Vegas Revealed podcast.

The wine selections Roselli references are listed in a rustic leather-bound 26-page menu. Or brunch patrons can mix-and-match from a more manageable selection of bottomless cocktails, beer, wine and bubbly.

The restaurant’s interior makes you feel like you’re dining in an exclusive wine cellar, with glass entryway, rich wood panels and Latin phrases that describe food, wine and the arts. The recently expanded patio offers comfortable couch-like seating and a floor-to-ceiling living wall filled with succulents, overlooking the Wynn pool with the High Roller in the distance.
