A focal point of this room is a life-sized pink and white Holstein cow, which sets the mood for the unique gourmet burgers on the menu. Among them is The Gold Standard, made with dry-aged beef sirloin, smoked bacon, aged goat cheddar cheese, tomato confit, baby arugula and garlic-chive aioli. Equal billing, however, must be given to the restaurant’s outlandish Bam-Boozled Shakes, which include The Black Hole loaded up with salted caramel whiskey, chocolate cake, chocolate sauce, Oreo candy cane, Ding Dong and vanilla frosting.

Insightful Media’s Sean McAllister, who co-hosts the Vegas Revealed podcast, says, “This was my pick for best burger, but Holsteins also stole my heart with its selection of boozy milkshakes! If you’re going to spring for the calories in a milkshake, you may as well catch a buzz too!”
